Quality Control

At Transcend Maintenance Inc. we understand the importance of the communication between our team and our clients. We believe communication is a key component for good quality of work. And constant quality control monitoring in your facilities is the ideal way to achieve our goal of high-quality cleaning services.

Transcend Maintenance Inc. will provide our clients with a tailored and detailed monthly report that will summarize the efforts and hard work of our team. This quality control report will have a detailed cleaning inspection noticing the conditions, progress and update on the building carpets, floors, walls, restrooms, offices, special projects completed, and maintenance issues found. In addition, recommended preventive cleaning and maintenance actions may be taken.

This report will help bring any reoccurring issues to the forefront, as well as providing the client with a rundown of what steps will be taken to correct any issue.

To keep the lines of communication open, we will have a specialized designated email: BuildingPartner@TranscendMaintenance.com to be assigned to this account for monitoring of communication and record-keeping. All of the reports will be sent to this account.
